WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a form of natural therapy or modality relating to energy healing. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and animates all of life. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "Universe or Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
If you have your Reiki Level 1 certificate and are ready to become an advanced Reiki Practitioner to treat others in a professional setting, and learn how to send Reiki via distance healing to anyone in the world - This course is for you!
Anyone who has their Reiki Level 1 degree may attend, even if they were not certified by Reiki Master Melissa Ford. However, you will be required to email a photo of your certificate prior to the course (contact info below).
If you already have your Reiki Level 2 and wish to renew or refresh your knowledge of the second degree of Reiki, this course at a discounted rate of $222. Contact Melissa (below) for more information.
THREE DEGREES OF REIKI:
The first degree of reiki (level 1) primarily focuses on self-healing, as well as healing/ balancing your close family, friends, pets, and environment. You will be provided with the tools you need to harmonize and balance your own energy, helping to release energetic blockages or debris. As well as strengthen your boundaries, as you learn to harness the power of Reiki.
The second degree of Reiki you will learn how to send healing energy from a distance to anyone in the world. This is also the level that you are qualified to start charging for your services as a practitioner. You will be taught how to start your practice and facilitate professional healing offerings.
The third degree of Reiki is the master/ teacher level of Reiki. After a certain amount of case studies/ sessions provided, you are then qualified to teach and attune other students to Reiki. This requires the most discipline and devotion to innerstand the healing power of Reiki before imparting this wisdom onto others.
