About Alexandra:
Alexandra is an educator who is passionate about sharing her ancestral Peruvian traditions. "Being born in Peru is a privilege. I grew up with so much wisdom and connection to plant medicine. Today, I like to share that powerful medicine in the North." Alexandra's work incorporates expressive arts, Peruvian ancestral arts like weaving, and herbal medicine with medicine oils and inspiring creations. When she became a Mother, Alexandra got inspired with Peruvian weaving as it kept her company while feeding her son.. She would look at the designs and felt more in love with the colour and texture of the Andes. She began her own project bringing Andean weaving made by womyn to Canada. She truly believes part of her mission is to bring the medicine of the South into the North as a Peruvian woman in Canada. Alexandra has led yoga retreats and holistic events in Cusco, Peru, Lima, and Canada. Her workshops are soulful, creative, and rich.
On this circle Alexandra will share the wisdom of Ancestral Peruvian baths for better health, wellness, connection, and love!
