Experiencing Book Circle

Participate actively in the 4 sessions of this intimate Circle where we come together to progress through a book, sharing in experiencing the activities the book recommends for embodying the ideas and concepts contained within it. Your guide and facilitator for this Circle is Vikki.

This Circle will be experiencing 'Unbound: a woman's guide to power' by Kasia Urbaniak. This book explores why so many women feel they are too much yet not enough, they feel 'good and mad' yet reluctant to speak up, they find themselves freezing at critical moments. Through this book Kasia Urbaniak offers practical ways for standing in your power, finding your voice, using them well.

Each session of Circle we will, together, reflect on 4 chapters & experience the recommended activities to bring the ideas to life. We will share aha moments, experiments that worked, learnings where things went differently than planned. We will lift each other up during these 4 in-person connections, holding space as we let go and expand together.

Timings are Thursday evenings (7.00pm-8.30pm) on the following dates:

- 11th December 2025

Introducing Vikki
