Sound Journey Training

There is a difference between playing instruments… and guiding a journey.

Sound is not performance.

It is presence.

It is listening.

It is learning to follow energy rather than control it.

This 4-hour immersive training is designed for those who feel called to guide sound journeys — whether in circles, retreats, private sessions, or personal ritual space.

Together, we will explore:

• Holding safe energetic space for a group

• Structuring a sound journey from opening to integration

• Reading the room and intuitively following group energy

• Working with silence, rhythm, and dynamics

• Blending somatic awareness with sound

• Trusting your intuitive channel as a facilitator

This is a hands-on, experiential training. You will both receive and practice guiding, with real-time feedback and guidance.

This is not about memorizing a formula.

It is about becoming the instrument.

By the end, you will feel confident, embodied, and ready to lead sound journeys that are intuitive, grounded, and transformative.

About Your Facilitator

Melissa (Mel) is a Spiritual Mentor and sound journey facilitator with over 10 years of experience in energy healing, somatic practices, breathwork, and circle leadership. Her approach to sound is deeply intuitive and influenced by shamanic traditions, where sound is used as a bridge between body, spirit, and subconscious healing.

She guides facilitators to lead sound journeys that are powerful without being performative — rooted in presence, attunement, and trust.
